Costing

The costing of the trip varies depending on the institution. Normally, the price paid by the participants includes the airfare and land costs of two museum staff (curatorial and development). However, this number can be adjusted to suit.

On request, the trip price can include a site inspection for the museum staff who will be accompanying the group. The site inspection normally takes place 6 to 12 months before the trip date and allows a preview of what is in store for your travelers.

We can advise on donations and charitable gifts to the institution in conjunction with your travel program.

Since every program is custom designed, the trip price depends entirely on your budget. The per person trip cost clearly states all inclusions. There are no additional design fees or hidden extras.
